Is there any delivery charge?

Yes.

  • Mini buffet: S$35 per trip.
  • Regular buffet: S$60 per return trip.
Is AL+Cole Halal certified?

We are not Halal certified currently.

Can I change or swap items from the menu?

How do I place my order?

Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

How can I change my order after placing?

Please call 9001 3583 to enquire. Changes of dish are subject to the caterer’s discretion.

How many days in advance do I place my order?

At least 3 days in advance.

How long after can food be best consumed?

NEA recommends consuming within 4 hours.

Can I self collect?

Yes, for mini buffet at 5 Mandai Link #04-04, Mandai Foodlink, Singapore 728654.

Are cutleries provided?

Yes, disposable cutleries are provided 1:1 with additional buffer.

Are service staff provided?

Standard buffet setup excludes staff. Hiring is available at S$80/staff for 4 hours with regular buffet. Recommended ratio: 1 staff : 30 pax.

Are there charges for last minute cancellation?
  • Cancel 1 working day prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancel on event date: No refund.
Can you help with last minute orders?

Yes—please call 9001 3583. Menu subject to availability.

Do you deliver on Public Holidays?

Yes, daily deliveries. Kitchen closed on CNY Day 1 & 2.

Do you deliver to venues without lift landing?

Yes—S$35 surcharge applies for additional setup effort.

Can I cancel my order after payment has been made?

Yes—an administrative charge of S$80 applies.

What is the collection time for the buffet?

Collection is 4 hours from delivery or by 10:30pm, whichever is earlier. A S$100 surcharge applies after 10:30pm or next-day collection (subject to availability).

What is a mini buffet?

Recommended for 10–15 pax; food in disposable microwavable containers; disposable wares provided. Tables and warmers are not provided.

What is a regular buffet?

Recommended for 30 pax+; full table setup with warmers and skirting; disposable wares provided.
